Abstract

This article contributes to the discussion on development alternatives and trends of Quindio region, by determining conceptual and theoretic definitions, differences and potential of Startup and Spinoff, respectively understood as an emerging company and surging process of company from another previously existing. Everything, within the framework of “economy of behaviorâ€, which is one of the most safe allied of the social entrepreneurs, and which is stated as different proposal to study economic phenomena, in the context of conscious capitalism, the latter understood as a concept and an organization of the paradigm of capitals, which believes that free company is the most powerful system of social cooperation, and human progress, and that it is possible to go beyond if its potential is exploited to positively impact the world.
