Institutional offer and enterpreneurial environments in Armenia

Abstract

In this text an analysis around the subject of employment and its strategies will be developed, particularly those attached to the entrepreneurial Armenia´s job observatory follow up and monitoring, regarding the characteristics of the entrepreneurial environment from its structure and productive network. Likewise it describes the institutional educative academic programs offered by Superior Education Institutions, especially those related to orient actions for planning the economic dynamics, innovation opportunities, capacity and pertinence in the competences construction of the settler´s population in the region. The characterization of the entrepreneurial private sector developed through the composition of its structure, took into account the collected information by the public registers of Armenia´s Commerce Chamber, which have classified the registered establishments according its size, economic activity and employment offer; the findings were that this sector constitutes itself as a potential to contribute in the generation of incomes for the town´s population. On the other hand, Superior Education Institutions are described, taking into account the classification of academic character in accordance to Act 30 of 1992 which analyzes the educative offer for pre-graduate, specializations, and master´s degree evidencing the high percentage of similar programs 'offers in Social Sciences, as well as Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and related programs. Another aspect highlighted in the research is the one of associations, unions, governmental Institutions and social organizations linked to the region´s productive sector.
