Abstract
The main purpose of this research was to characterize the entrepreneurial profile of individuals graduated from the Business Administration Program at Del Magdalena University. A mixed descriptive survey was performed, by applying a questionnaire to a sample of 100 individuals graduated from such program in the last five years. Results show that such individuals, although hold their own skills to undertake, very few consider themselves as entrepreneurs. In addition, they claimed that the program provided them with theoretic basis to their entrepreneurial formation, but did not allowed them to participate in events of such activity. It was concluded that there are tensions among formation processes of the program, and the reality and entrepreneurial possibilities of the graduated individuals, as well as a personal trend of them not to undertake because of lacking confidence on their ability.Downloads
