Abstract

The Law for the formalization and generation of employment, “Law 1429, 2010†is a standard that regulates labor, administrative and tax benefits for the companies embracing them, but its application brings with it benefits and risks for the contributor who will have to take the decision of welcome it or not, depending on their needs in terms of the tax payment planning, decision that will finally frame or detract the initial purpose of the Law.
