Administrative and technological development of 30 agroindustrial associations for financial services in some risaralda towns

Abstract

This research is centered in evaluating the administrative and technological development of agro industrial associations for financial services in some Risaralda Region Towns: Apia, Belen de Umbria, Mistrató, Guatica, Quinchia, Balboa, La Celia, Santa Rosa y Pueblo Rico. For this purpose, a survey was made allowing the identification of the current state of development determining the administrative and technological scope of these organizations. The methodology is grounded on a descriptive research, in which a poll and interviews to a representative sample study from 30 associate companies were made as tool to collect information. It was observed that in Risaralda region the administrative and technological structure of the associative processes is playing an important role in the economic organization of the towns and community contributing to the development of an associative network in the agro industrial sector for financial services. The results achieved by the associations allow developing strategies of impact consequent to its communitarian and entrepreneurial programs allowing to improve town´s (object of study) inhabitants conditions of life. Work highlights the low capacity of administrative and technological management of the so called organizations making them uncompetitive for national and international markets
