'Armenian Citizens' Perceptions of Digital Transportation Platforms': A Legal and Economic Interpretation

The primary objective of this article is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current laws that regulate the operation of transportation platforms in Colombia. The analysis will concentrate on identifying points with the potential to exert a substantial influence on the residents of the municipality of Armenia. This will be achieved by considering the imminent arrival of new technologies in the sector and by taking into account factors specific to the region, such as the impact on urban traffic and road safety. The present analysis encompasses a series of pivotal aspects, including job creation, service delivery efficiency, and market effects. The objective of this study is to examine the direct impact of these legal provisions on the perceptions of Armenian residents with regard to employment opportunities and the quality and accessibility of transportation services in the region. To this end, a quantitative research approach was developed.Downloads
