Abstract

This paper is the result of a research work carried out by a group of 5 students of Law Program, th Universidad la Gran Colombia Armenia, CERES Sevilla 9 semester. The exercise 'objective was to evaluate the impact of CERES in Sevilla Valle population between the years 2008 – 2012. The above considering that Sevilla Town has not had a consistent Superior institution providing inhabitants with the possibility to study a professional career; among others the economic factor which has blocked the majority of high scholars moving to bigger cities in order to achieve a professional title. The lack of academic proposals generates that just high school graduates who cannot leave town will be wasted in common commerce, farming or informal practices getting away from any relevant academic proposal. Taking advantage of the quantitative method, based on a statistic frame, achieved through the development of a technique based on an accumulative tool for information recollection such as the interview we were allowed to conclude that the academic program offered by CERES Sevilla has had a great impact on the population whenever it was well received due to the provision of academic opportunities for the less economic favored ones which harmonizes with la Gran Colombia Philosophy, The above realizes that the academic proposal has left a print of good education within the CERES university population Sevilla throughout the 4 years of its existence.
