Abstract

This paper is developed as a result of the entry into force of a new model of adversarial criminal justice oral trials, which replaces a model of written criminal justice known as the Inquisitive, which radically changed the way in which criminal justice is procured and administered in the country. However, this implies training the parties involved in the criminal process, including updating the curricula of public and private universities.
