Teaching teachers senses in exercise: incidence and impact on the academic performance of students pre college schools

Abstract
This article expresses the findings in descriptive exploratory research on the meanings that arise in teaching teachers from their teaching praxis and its impact on the academic performance of students in pre-university education (PreIcfes) in the continuing education program of the university Santiago de Cali, Colombia. The project counted with a methodological framework type (quantitative, qualitative), which helped to identify some perceptions about the presence of the teaching within the teaching practice from educational paradigms competency, the opinion given by the students at the time of classes, and their impact on academic performance in the program. From the results found are given a contribution since its important investigative and reflective espíteme allows holístidad appreciate the theme within the learning process. Also as a pedagogical background for both the proposed design teacher training or development workshops or teacher training courses focused on this line of research.ÂDownloads
