A research was Developed in post harvest on cut flowers of Aster Montecasino(Aster ericoides), which were submitted to different substances with antioxidantpotential, detecting that the opening variable in blossom of the flower is affected by the type of antioxidant and the time, being the treatment with acetic acid the one that has the major effect on the quality of the flowerDownloads
