Open Access Policy

Sophia is a diamond open-access journal. All its content is freely and immediately available from the moment of publication, with no embargo period and without subscription or registration.

The journal charges no fees of any kind: no submission fees, no article processing charges (APCs), no publication fees, and no access or download fees. Publishing costs are borne entirely by Universidad La Gran Colombia.

Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, which permits sharing and adaptation for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that the authors and the original source are credited.

This policy rests on the principle that research funded with public or institutional resources should be available to the scholarly community and to society without barriers.
