Abstract

The most important theory about development has been epistemologically builtunder the conceptions proper to science and Classic Economy, mainly within the20th century decimononic positivism and the logical positivism, and given the multiple questioning and epistemological inconsistencies of such conceptions which make necessary to reconfigure the concept of development and its epistemological support; hermeneutics emerge as an option for the studies on regional development as well as the sciences for complexity.
