Justicia y derechos en la convivencia escolar
Abstract
The essential objective of this review is to show the most significant aspects of the book Justice and Rights in School Coexistence by Colombian doctors, philosophers and lawyers Javier Aguirre and Ana Pabón. For this purpose, the three chapters are explored, described and interpreted in an analytical way, which address a systematic analysis of the constitutional jurisprudence in Colombia alluding to the fundamental rights of students against the manuals, pacts or rules of coexistence of the institutions. educational. It is suggested that conflict situations are usually traced around aspects such as: long hair, piercings, expressions of affection between students, alleged deviations from the sexual orientation of some of them, pregnancies, the use of psychotropic drugs, due process, among others. It is concluded that social awareness and acculturation outline education as an opportunity and possibility to build sustainable social development. Indeed, as a humanist principle, it is possible to provide a socio-pedagogical sphere that couples education with constitutional learning. So this text was presented to the reader as an educational tool for students to know and protect their rights, but also for teachers and teaching managers to carry out their pedagogical work aware of the constitutional principles and values.Downloads
